RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exchange product within 30 days of purchase on un-used, undamaged product in the original packaging. Product return must be initialized by emailing info@watersuperstoreinc.com prior to 30 days from purchase date in order to receive an exchange. Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect for good condition. If it in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange. Products are non-refundable after 30 days or purchase.

Standard ground shipping will be applied to all orders based on product weigh and dimensions. Shipping to remote areas may incur additional charges which will be billed after original order and must be paid prior to shipping. In stock items will ship next business day. If requesting a receiving signature, or any other special delivery instructions, please add to shipping instructions. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.
